Senior WebEOC Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure WebEOC applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer code reviews.
• Support client engagements, document technical requirements, and provide training as needed.
• Perform testing, debugging, and quality control with minimal supervision.
• Ensure solutions meet security and accessibility standards, including Section 508 requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• WebEOC experience is required.
• At least five years of professional web development experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• At least two years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft SQL Server or relational database experience, secure remote environment experience, emergency management or public-sector IT knowledge, Jira and Confluence familiarity, automated testing experience, CI/CD and source control knowledge, GitLab experience, and WebEOC Administrator certification or willingness to obtain it within 12 months.
