Our PAS Mobility practice provides services to manage the cost and risks involved in HR plans, programs and systems related to a global workforce. We advise the part of business strategy related to people. As a Tax Advisor, you'll be providing strategic tax planning recommendations to clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with global clients to address their most complex people challenges, and ultimately improve and drive sustainable business results.

Your key responsibilities

1.    Visa Application Processing: 
Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications for expatriates and their dependents, ensuring compliance with Thai immigration laws.
2.    Documentation Management: 
Collect, review, and manage all necessary documentation required for visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related processes.
3.    Regulatory Compliance: 
Stay updated on Thai immigration laws and regulations, ensuring that all processes adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
4.    Liaison with Authorities: 
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and Thai immigration authorities, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
5.    Client Support: 
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding immigration processes, including visa renewals, work permits, and residency applications.
6.    Reporting: 
Prepare and submit regular reports on immigration status, compliance issues, and any changes in regulations to management.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Laws or business-related fields
• Excellent oral and written English skills (including strong presentation skills)
• Computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
• Committed to providing quality outcomes

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Working experience in Global Immigration is advantageous
