Process Technologist (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Broad general technical management role. To perform process technical development to achieve strategic imperatives and improve cost effectiveness. Responsible for technology transfer, process specifications for capital projects, validation and continuous improvement of process technology.

Your responsibilities

• To implement the Technology Transfer process and to ensure that robust reproducible and efficient manufacturing processes are transferred into Production from R&D, contract manufacturers or other Reckitt Benckiser sites.

• To implement the manufacturing/cleaning process validation across projects.

• To implement process development and improvement in the areas of cost, quality and customer service.

• To support the Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities providing technical support as required, working with the Regional Supply Heads to support global manufacturing and engineering strategies.

• To ensure that the company’s strategic imperatives as they relate to the Technical Department are implemented.

• Implement procedure to assure technical documents and process complied to Halal requirements and documents such as halal certificate, pork free facility statement, CoA, and flow chart of raw material processing, before any material or formula is used in facility.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in in Chemical engineer, Pharmacy or in Science related field.

• 5+ years professional in industry experience, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG business.

• In depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology.

• Results oriented, self-motivated, with solid planning.

• Good command of written and spoken in English.
