You'll support your team in daily decision-making to help them grow in their roles, always with one clear objective: to satisfy each and every one of our sporting customers.

Your Working Environment & Schedule

• Location: Decathlon Warehouse, Bangphli, Samutprakarn (100% On-site / Floor-based leadership).

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.

• Work Schedule: 5 days/week, shift-based schedule with rotational weekend coverage.

Your Responsibilities as Warehouse Department Manager. 

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Director/ Deputy Warehouse Director:

• Leadership & Talent Management: Build, coach, and support a team of 8–15 collaborators. Conduct 1-on-1s, manage scheduling, onboarding, training, and custom career development plans—fostering autonomy and a culture where mistakes are treated as learning opportunities.

• Operational Excellence & Workplace Safety: Guarantee optimal logistics workflows (inbound, order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping) to deliver maximum satisfaction to our sports users. Enforce local and global 5S safety protocols, manage warehouse opening/closing routines, and execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for workplace incidents.

• Economic & Strategic Performance: Establish and manage department budgets, monitor economic ratios, adjust resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement action plans aligned with corporate strategy and sustainable supply chain practices.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, communicates with Authenticity, and shows genuine Generosity in growing others.

• Experience & Education: 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.

• Leadership Track Record: Direct experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team is a strong plus. We look for a demonstrated passion for developing talent.

• Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Strong problem solver comfortable navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), analyzing operational data, and using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to clear bottlenecks under pressure.

• Communication: Fluent Thai with practical conversational English for cross-functional collaboration.
