Position Purpose
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for set business development plan, manage sales activity through our local customers and dealing with business negotiation while maintain good corporate relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of the annual sales budget and business strategic plans.
- Accomplish goals and strategic plans including business activities execution and daily operation.
- Build strong relationships with client contacts and develop a good understanding of the client organization, their strategies and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and product need for major customers.
- Monitor the market trends, innovative products, competitive activities and business opportunities that will impact the business.
- Assist in developing and managing an effective sale pricing policy to ensure that the margin targets are achieved.
- Work closely with operation and QA team in addressing customers’ complaints and to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and review sales contracts with key accounts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of working experience in Business Development.
- Experience in related businesses (plastic packaging, Flexible and Film packaging) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, initiative and strong analytical skill.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English communication skills
