Regional Managing Director SEA

​Peak Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognized industrial technology company to identify an exceptional business leader to head its Southeast Asia operations.

Our client is a leading provider of advanced inspection and automation solutions, supporting the global food manufacturing industry alongside a diverse range of industrial sectors. Renowned for innovation, engineering excellence, and product quality, the company has built a strong international presence and continues to invest in its regional growth.

Reporting to the global executive leadership team, you will take full responsibility for leading the Southeast Asia+ business, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability across multiple countries.

This is a highly strategic leadership position with full P&L ownership, overseeing regional Sales, Service, Finance, and Administration while leading country management teams to execute ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading multi-country operations within industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, automation, or industrial technology businesses.

• Proven success managing a regional business with full P&L responsibility.

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capabilities.

• Experience leading international teams within a global matrix organization.

• A successful track record of driving business transformation and sustainable growth.

• Experience within the food manufacturing, food processing or related B2B industries will be highly regarded.

• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.

• Must be willing and able to be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

• Willing to undertake extensive regional travel across Southeast Asia+ as required.
