- วางแผนและควบคุมเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพการบริการ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและรายได้ของศูนย์บริการ
- ปฏิบัติงานด้าน บริการลูกค้าห้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท ให้ข้อมูลแก่ลูกค้าและให้บริการในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการงานบริการหลังการขายทั้งหมดภายในศูนย์บริการงานลูกค้าสัมพันธ์
- ตรวจสอบและพัฒนามาตรฐานการให้บริการให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ของบริษัท
- บริหารทีม พัฒนาปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในศูนย์บริการประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายอื่น ๆ
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ชาย-หญิง วุฒิ ปวส.ขึ้นไป 28 - 45 ปี
- พูดจาไพเราะ มีไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน หรือ รับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
