Customer Care Officer (4-month contract)

Remarks

• Available to start on 31 August 2026 under a 4-month contract, from 31 August 2026 to the end of December 2026.

• Upon completion of the contract, there is an opportunity to be converted to a permanent employee based on performance and position availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, Line Official Account (Line OA) chat, and email support.

• Provide initial support and user guidance for the company's applications, GPS vehicle tracking systems, dash cameras, and other related products and services.

• Coordinate with relevant teams, such as IT and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues, monitor case progress through completion, and communicate updates and resolutions to customers.

• Record and maintain accurate case information, including updates and actions taken, in the system.

• Prepare and maintain case summary reports, including ticket volume, case status, resolution progress, and case closure results.

Requirements

• Vocational Certificate in any related fields or higher education certificate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Call Center/Customer Care/Help desk

• Fair Command of English (Read and Write E-mail)

• Passion and Service mind

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

• Hands-on and a positive attitude

• Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently

• Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded

Work Arrangement

• Office-based

• Working days: Monday to Friday

• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้าผ่านการรับสายโทรศัพท์ (Inbound Call), ตอบแชท Line OA, และ ตอบ Email ลูกค้า

• ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Application, ระบบ GPS ติดตามรถ, กล้องรอบคันรถ, และอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ของบริษัท

• ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น IT หรือ ฝ่ายช่างเทคนิค) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า และติดตามสถานะเคสที่ประสานงานจนดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น จากนั้นแจ้งผลให้ลูกค้าทราบ

• บันทึกข้อมูลเคส และอัปเดตผลการดำเนินงานลงระบบ

• จัดทำรายงานสรุปเคส เช่น จำนวน Ticket, สถานะเคส, และผลการปิดเคส

• สามารถเริ่มงาน 31 ส.ค. 2569 ได้ (สัญญาจ้าง 4 เดือน เริ่มทำงาน 31 ส.ค. 2569 จนถึงสิ้นเดือน ธ.ค. 2569)

• หลังสิ้นสุดสัญญามีโอกาสปรับเป็นพนักงานประจำหากทำผลงานดีและมีตำแหน่งงานว่าง

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปวช. สาขาใดก็ได้

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service/ Call Center/ Customer Care อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี

• ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับเบื้องต้น (ใช้เฉพาะการอ่านเมนูระบบของบริษัทและเขียนอีเมล)

• มีใจรักในงานด้านบริการ (Service Mind)

• มีความรู้ด้านการใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆ ขั้นพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Google Map

• วันทำงาน: วันจันทร์ ถึง วันศุกร์

• เวลาทำงาน: 08:30 น. – 17:30 น.
