Senior Product Owner (CDC)

Your challenge

A Product Owner has a deep understanding of the Retail industry and its ecosystem and builds close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with the overall strategy. A Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships across the different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback are translated into new developments when necessary. Product owners will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
• Accountable for product-specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Works closely with the leadership team to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary
• Manage (define, plan, monitor, and control) project milestone, project plan, deliverables, resources, budgets and relationship with key stakeholder
• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
• Identify/Report Risk and issue which might impact to milestone with recommend resolution and manage of expectations from key stakeholders.
• Provide consult/support business to deliver on the same system and coordination with IT working team with Change request and Defect.
• Provide leadership and direction to the development team to ensure that they are able to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably focusing on supply chain domain (WMS, TMS or Fulfillment).
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and process automation.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product strategies and execution plans.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Thai language is required.
