Your Responsibilities

In this essential role, you will be at the forefront of our global business development efforts, with a particular emphasis on leveraging your expertise in the USA market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive global market entry strategy, with a focus on expanding our footprint in key regions. 
• Identifying and engaging with potential distributors and partners globally, while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Conducting thorough market analysis to understand regional trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior, to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on international initiatives and tailored offerings for different markets.
• Setting and tracking performance metrics to evaluate the success of distributor relationships and market strategies, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Reporting directly to senior management on global market dynamics, achievements, and challenges, providing insights to shape overall strategy.
• Representing the brand at international trade shows and industry events to enhance visibility and foster productive business relationships.

Your Profile

We seek a highly skilled and motivated professional with a strong foundation in business development and a proven track record in managing global markets, especially with experience in the USA. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, focusing on global markets with a strong emphasis on the USA market.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through effective distribution networks.
• In-depth knowledge of the FMCG sector, including insights into market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies that drive business objectives.
• A self-driven and results-oriented approach, capable of operating independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
