Detailed Description

• Own the MTRS standard and the coverage model applied across every programme.
• Lead the TRL population; ensure a named test owner on every programme and hold the readiness sign-off standard.
• Define the reduced-scope EVT test approach and drive its adoption with design, software and the sites.
• Own test limit and guardband methodology, limit file control and golden unit discipline.
• Direct test automation, parametric data capture and the test analytics roadmap, including AI-assisted failure analysis.
• Own debug capability and turnaround across programmes; ensure attribution is agreed at 8D closure rather than argued commercially.
• Manage test capital, fixture and equipment planning with the sites and with PMO.
• Develop the test SME bench across CTH, Richardson, Shanghai and Penang.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Ten to fifteen years in test engineering, including structural and functional test on complex assemblies, and a period leading a test organisation.

Deep on coverage analysis, fixture and station capability, and test data.

Familiar with MTRS standard · test readiness criteria and TRR template · coverage model · limit control standard · test analytics and automation roadmap · NPI test capability plan. 

Degree in electrical or electronic engineering.

Physical Demands

• Incumbent will perform the duties of this position in a normal office environment.
• Duties may require periodic sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• May require occasional travel.

Typical Experience

• 10+ years of dedicated engineering experience in Test Development, Functional Testing architecture, ATE hardware infrastructure, or NPI Test leadership inside high-density hardware industries.

Typical Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
