P&C Support Specialist
This position supports the P&C Team in driving and executing the overall People & Culture strategy across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Talent acquisition and workforce planning, Talent development and succession planning, Performance management, Employee engagement and relations. The role ensures that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives while meeting both global and local requirements.
As the P&C Support Specialist, you will:
- Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Offboarding
- Talent Acquisition
- Initiate recruitment requests through GBS, local agencies, and job boards as applicable
- Collaborate with the P&C Business Partner and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and interview process
- Onboarding
- Support onboarding activities following hiring confirmation, including: preparing offer documentation, coordinating compensation package communication, drafting internal announcements, and collecting required documentation
- Coordinate with functions and line managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that helps new hires adapt socially and perform effectively
Facilitate the learning of required competencies to support effective job performance - Conduct regular check-ins with new joiners and oversee completion of new joiner feedback forms
- Offboarding
- Coordinate exit interviews and manage offboarding logistics
- Revoke system access and collect company property
- Coordinate with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and compliant offboarding process
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Management & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support effective L&D programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Manage and coordinate the Learning & Development calendar, including course scheduling and related administration
- Monitor program effectiveness to ensure training objectives are achieved
- Support training administration and appraisal tracking, compiling reports as required
- Create dashboards to showcase investment in people and organizational development
- Support talent calibration processes in SuccessFactors
- Employee / Labor Relations
- Support employee relations matters and respond to employee queries
- Guide line managers on policies and local labor regulations
- Assist with grievance handling, onsite investigations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Employee Engagement
- Execute engagement activities, ensuring alignment with global strategies and effective localization
- Support the planning and delivery of annual engagement initiatives, including Employee Engagement Survey, Relevant Certifications, Lunch & Learn sessions, DE&I activities, and wellness programs
- Create and manage Workvivo posts to promote company culture, values, and employee activities
- Payroll and Statutory coordination
- Upload payroll reports, social security (SSO), and withholding tax submissions to relevant local government platforms
- Ensure timely statutory filings in compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with trhe Rewards Specialist, local vendors and government authorities in Thailand to support payroll and statutory processes
- P&C Administration & Analytics
- Liaise with internal teams to arrange employee onboarding essentials, including laptops, company cars, mobile phones, desks, and other resources as applicable
- Build strong partnerships with P&C GBS to ensure alignment and synchronization, delivering transactional and specialized P&C services efficiently and at high quality
- Handle employment verification requests, including confirmation of employment status and compensation details
- Prepare and compile reports and dashboards as required to support P&C operations
- Others
- Support the P&C team on other P&C related matters and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources or related business area.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within multinational environment in a HR Generalist function.
- Strong command in English and Thai (read and write).
- Functional Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office; experienced with SAP HR and payroll systems
- Comprehensive HR expertise across recruitment, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and income tax regulations
- Skilled in building trustful, collaborative relationships with employees and management at all levels
- Demonstrates high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Independent, detail-oriented, highly accurate, organized, and systematic with excellent time management
