To support business expansion and local compliance governance of its Thailand subsidiary, optimize local financial closing, cost control, tax management and headquarters-aligned financial risk control ＆ data synchronization, our client is seeking a qualified Accounting ＆ Finance Supervisor based in Thailand. This role will take end-to-end local financial operational duties and handle full-set of accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily financial accounting, bookkeeping treatment and monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement preparation for Thailand local entity.
• Organize and implement annual financial budget compilation, whole-process cost controlling and daily fund scheduling ＆ cash flow management.
• Support local tax declaration, official invoice issuing ＆ archive management, and coordinate fully with internal & external financial audit activities.
• Sort out and optimize existing local financial workflows, improve overall financial operation efficiency and data accuracy of financial department.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or other business-related majors with solid professional theoretical foundation.
• Minimum 2 years of practical hands-on accounting, finance and tax working experience.Proficient in mainstream financial ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced function preferred); strong data sorting, analysis and processing capabilities.
• Familiar with Thailand local financial policies, tax laws; CPD qualification holder is highly preferred.
• High sense of work responsibility, excellent cross-department communication and internal coordination skills; capable of working under moderate business pressure.
• Bilingual proficiency in Thai＆English; Mandarin competency is a strong advantage.
