R&D Specialist - Food Ingredients

​Our client is a leader in food ingredients manufacturing supporting the food and beverage industries globally, is seeking a talented R&D Specialist with expertise in seasonings, marinades, and flavour block development. This role focuses on designing and optimizing taste solutions for meat products, leveraging consumer insights and nutritional requirements across diverse applications.

The successful candidate will design and develop taste systems for meat and poultry, leading end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization. Working cross-functionally, you will deliver customer-focused, cost-effective solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, support business growth, and drive innovation while managing multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in R&D in Food Ingredients, Flavour House, or similar industry.

• In-depth understanding of taste creation technologies with strong knowledge of meat applications such as sausages and processed poultry.

• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.

• Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
