Senior QA Manager - Food Ingredients

​We are working on an excellent opportunity with an Asia-based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of food ingredients in the Thailand market.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems across its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure products consistently meet customer expectations, food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

This is a strategic leadership role that will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's quality culture, support operational excellence, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Safety within the food Ingredient manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality System in GFSI standard e.g. BRCGS, FSSC22000

• Proven leadership experience in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Languages required – English (Intermediate).

• Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
