Product Manager Thailand - iGaming - Remote, Asia

Location: Remote, Thailand OR Remote, Asia in the (GMT+7 / GMT+8) time zones

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, user-focused Product Manager to enhance the Thailand platform's UI/UX, gameplay experience, customer journey, and engagement strategies . The role will work cross-functionally to drive conversion, retention, and product growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer behavior and customer insights to enhance gameplay experience, engagement, and reward mechanics.

• Optimize the customer journey across web and mobile platforms, improving UI/UX, usability, and conversion performance.

• Drive retention, engagement, and repeat activity through data-driven product strategies and feature enhancements.

• Lead product roadmap execution, feature enhancements, gamification initiatives, ecosystem expansion, and vendor/game integrations,

• Collaborate with CRM, Design, IT, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution and adoption

Must have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience blending Growth/Campaign expertise with a deep eye for Product Design and UX

• Fluent in English , and preferred but not mandatory fluency Thai (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product, campaign, and customer data

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming but also the following can be transferable: Digital Entertainment, Gaming , E-commerce, or other high-engagement digital platforms.

• Familiar with gamification, customer engagement, gameplay optimization, and product analytics.

• Experience working with UI/UX teams, CRM or engagement tools, A/B testing, feature optimization, and vendor/product integrations.
