Mart team is under the New Retails division. Our main responsibility is to make the service grow both on the transaction and profitability and we have full responsibility and authorization to achieve the goal. We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead LINE MAN Wongnai. In collaboration with the Operations, Product, and Marketing teams, you will strategize and implement pricing actions with experiments. You will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 on-demand platform in Thailand.

What you'll Do:

• Develop the category strategies driven by business direction, market condition, and data to enhance growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams for an implementation with an end-to-end process.
• Create initiatives to improve the responsible field (category) performance, both product related and non-product related.
• Measure impacts, understanding efficiency and effectiveness for policy enhancement.
• Building on, developing, and enhancing the architecture of the transaction data and market research to identifying market insight to form the strategic actions.
• Execute analytical experiments to measure the impacts and prove the hypothesis before forming the actions. 

What you'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or category management preferred.
• Possess a strong understanding of category strategies and concepts. 
• Prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to strategic initiation, processes, implementation, and model.
• Ability to take initiative and drive impacts in a constantly changing work environment and fast-growing industry.
  
• Good understanding of statistics, data science, and data, and the ability to implement this understanding in complex business situations.
  
• Fluent in Thai Language, Proficient in English.
