Job Description
Assist in managing daily Club Millésime operations, ensuring excellent guest service and operational standards.
Deliver personalized service and handle guest requests, feedback and service recovery professionally.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Support team supervision, coaching and development to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, Club Lounge, or Guest Services, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for personalized service.
- Good understanding of F&B and lounge operations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and support the team.
