Project Sales Manager - Residential/Commercial

Job Description

• Identify and drive business opportunities in residential and commercial projects within Central Thailand
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including route-to-market approaches for target segments
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6 sales executives to achieve sales targets and company budgets
• Manage the project pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and drive conversion of opportunities into sales
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, specialized applicators (roofing, waterproofing, flooring, finishing), and project trade distributors
• Strengthen distributor engagement to ensure effective product availability and supply into projects
• Drive cross-selling initiatives across the construction chemicals product portfolio
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights
• Secure product specifications by engaging key decision-makers early in the project cycle
• Support negotiation and closure of key and strategic projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Civil, Chemical, Materials preferred)
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in project sales within construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries
• Minimum 3–5 years in a sales management or leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in project-based businesses
• Strong experience working with developers, contractors, applicators, and distributors in Residential and Commercial sectors
• Able to communicate in both Thai and English languages
