Business Process Manager - (Marketing Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead the setup, standardization, and continuous improvement of Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operational processes across regional markets.

This role will focus on establishing operational frameworks, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring process compliance, and ensuring consistent operational standards across countries.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and direct experience in Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing, combined with excellent project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Operations Setup & Implementation

• Lead the setup and implementation of standardized operational processes for Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing across regional markets.
• Develop operational frameworks, workflows, SOPs, and reporting structures to support new market operations.
• Work closely with country teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of regional operating standards.
• Assess operational readiness, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to support market expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and consistency across countries.

SOP Development & Process Standardization

• Develop, review, and continuously improve SOPs for Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operations.
• Standardize operational workflows, service delivery processes, and best practices across regional markets.
• Evaluate existing country-level processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure operational procedures are aligned with regional business objectives and company standards.

Operational Audit & Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct regular operational reviews and process compliance assessments across country teams.
• Monitor adherence to established SOPs, operational guidelines, and service quality standards.
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track the implementation of improvement plans and ensure compliance with regional standards.
• Review operational documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Project Management & Performance Tracking

• Manage regional operational improvement projects, including project timelines, deliverables, and implementation progress.
• Track project milestones, action items, and performance through PMO frameworks.
• Develop standardized reporting templates, operational KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Prepare operational performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support the standardization of operational cost structures and service-level P&L monitoring.

Stakeholder Management & Regional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Country Heads, Senior Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing teams, and C-level executives to align operational processes and business objectives.
• Present operational findings, process improvement recommendations, and project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive the adoption of standardized processes across countries.
• Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to local teams on SOP implementation and operational best practices.
• Travel internationally, including to Indonesia and other regional markets, to support operational setup, implementation, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Direct working experience and strong knowledge of Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operations are required.
• Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related functions.
• Experience in setting up operational processes, developing SOPs, and implementing standardized workflows.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operational processes.
• Experience in project management, PMO tracking, operational reporting, and process compliance monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence senior management and C-level executives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken , with the ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
• Proactive, confident, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regional or multi-country operations, particularly within Southeast Asia.
• Experience supporting operational setup or process implementation in new markets.
• Familiarity with Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operations in Indonesia.
• Experience working in e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing agencies, or e-commerce enablers.
• Knowledge of operational cost structures, service-level profitability, and P&L monitoring.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or regional process improvement initiatives.
