Job Description

Within the boutique team, your main mission will be to deliver an exceptional first impression and create a welcoming environment for all visitors, while ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting the smooth execution of boutique operations.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and a high level of hospitality, ensuring a memorable first impression
• Acting as the first point of contact for the boutique and delivering a consistent client experience aligned with brand standards
• Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries while ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up
• Coordinating appointments, client arrivals and boutique traffic flow to ensure a seamless client journey
• Supporting client allocation and ensuring visitors are attended to throughout their boutique experience
• Supporting the collection and accuracy of client information within CRM systems and visitor tracking tools
• Managing the boutique appointment calendar and supporting scheduling coordination for the boutique team
• Monitoring daily boutique traffic and maintaining accurate records and reporting
• Ensuring the boutique remains fully prepared and presented to the highest standards at all times
• Managing hospitality materials and supporting inventory replenishment when required
• Providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient running of the boutique
• Supporting events, activations and peak business periods to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, reception or a client-facing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a high level of attention to detail
• Professional, polished and confident presentation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage
• Fluent in Thai and English
