Associate Director - Commercial Campaign and Monetization

1. Lead the Commercial Growth Lab and oversee Commercial Planning & Execution and Monetization functions.
2. Develop commercial growth strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
3. Drive customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and basket growth through data-driven campaigns.
4. Establish integrated commercial plans across Promotion, Communication, Events, Media, CRM, and Social Media.
5. Lead digital media, owned media, KOL, affiliate, and social activation strategies to maximize ROI.
6. Identify and develop new monetization opportunities, including data, media, IP, and commercial partnerships.
7. Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Product, CRM, Data, Finance, and external partners to deliver growth initiatives.
8. Define commercial KPIs and performance dashboards, monitor business performance, and optimize investments.
9. Build scalable commercial frameworks, governance, and operating models.
10. Coach and develop managers and cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance organization.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in media and data monetization, marketing performance analytics, or a related role, with at least 7-10 years in a leadership capacity.
3. Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of media monetization strategies, data monetization models, and marketing performance optimization.
5. Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
6. Strategic thinker with a focus on revenue growth, data-driven decision-making, and marketing effectiveness.
7. Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and data privacy regulations is a plus.
8. In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in media monetization and marketing analytics.
