SAP Warehouse management staff (shipping and packaging) (1.5 years contract)

Location: Amata City, Rayong

Job Description

• Ensure proper execution of daily SAP transactions such as goods receipt, put away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Ability to provide SAP training to warehouse staff and support documentation.
• Monitor and analyze SAP data related to warehouse activities for accuracy and process improvement project.
• Process Area Coordinator (PAC)
• 1st level in daily support for trouble shooting.
• Participates in project related training, provide appropriate local training content and support the training activities.
• Contribute to lesson learned activities together with Plant Local Coordinator (PLC)
• Key-takeaways communication with organization of ICO regular meeting.
• Identifying data cleansing and process harmonization needs of the respective business area in the location (across SAP-systems)
• Integration/Involvement in Implementation-/Roll-out projects.
• Other assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Special Skills: Good in planning skill at less 5 year experience in Logistics field and warehouse management.

Language Proficiency Level: Fluent & Good Communication.

Others:  SAP or other inventory management software, Microsoft office and power point skill,
