Machine Operator - Plastic Manufacturing

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operate the assigned tubing machine to achieve planned production targets and inspect in-process product quality.
2. Train and guide line packers on quality control standards.
3. Maintain the assigned machine in optimal working condition.
4. Receive instructions and production plans from the line leader, and operate the assigned machine to fulfill production goals.
5. Coordinate shift raw material preparation, check packaging, and ensure finished goods are safely transported to the designated locations.
6. Monitor product parameters to meet quality specifications while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly working environment.
7. Maintain daily production reports and other required documentation accurately.
8. Understand and comply with information security policies, procedures, and related responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. Hight Vocational Certificate or higher in a related field.
2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating a tubing machine.
3. Honest, reliable, and capable of working well under pressure.
4. No color blindness or color vision deficiencies.
5. Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
