Sales and Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist who can undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be capable of organizing creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company’s brand value. Ideally, the candidate must have a passion for the “art” of marketing, have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our products, services and public image.  The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our growth.

• Manage daily administrative tasks, and provide assistance to the CEO.
  
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, press etc. ), exhibitions and promotional events.
  
• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
  
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, new opportunities and market prospects.
  
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
  
• Visiting customers / external agencies (This may require international travel.)
  
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  
• Write copy and development for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc. ).
  
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  
• Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
  
• Provide assistance with telephone coverage.
  

Requirements

• Thai Nationality only.
• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, law or any other relevant disciplines. (fresh graduates / last year student welcome)
  
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written in Thai and English.
  
• Knowledge of German, or other local languages is a plus
  
• Passion for marketing and sales (B2B).
  
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices.
  
• Proficient in MS Office / Libre Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
  
• Working knowledge of DTP / Graphics software is an advantage
  
• Excellent Communication and people skills.
