The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of Thailand fast-growing cruise market. Your responsibilities include managing cruiseguru's social media content and engaging with our ever-growing fan base through multiple social channels. The ideal candidate must be both insanely creative and analytical with a love for positioning and messaging. This role will focus on redefining the cruiseguru brand, building brand awareness and customer acquisition. As one of our first hires, you will interact with customers firsthand helping them choose and plan their perfect cruise. You will receive chat messages from multiple social channels and phone calls from clients, identify and react to their needs, and perform requested research or bookings.

As Marketing & Sales Associate you also earn attractive performance bonuses, commissions and will have the opportunity to grow into a more senior position, such as Marketing & Sales Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Handle the day-to-day of social media campaigns (updating Facebook page & Instagram, responding to page fan's comments, monitoring all platforms, listen to what people are saying about the brand)
• Create engaging social media content and post them across cruuseguru's social channels: facebook, instagram and LINE.
• Testing, analyzing data and learning from the performance of your social media posts
• Respond to customer inquiries in real time via social media/live chat/phone on a range to topics including introducing company's cruise products/services, offering advice on cruises, flights, visas and collecting digital payments.
• Assisting with any other marketing and sales administration tasks

  Qualifications :

• Thai nationality, age 20 to 26 years old
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (minimum) - No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Problem-solving, able to work under pressure and multitask
• Service-minded, good human relation skills, active and friendly natured
• Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Thai.
