Support Renewal Sales Representative

Job Description

Help customers protect their Oracle investment, maximize value, and plan what’s next.

As a Senior Support Renewal Sales Representative, you will own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers in Thailand, with responsibility for securing timely renewals of Oracle Hardware and Software Support contracts.

This is a commercially focused customer role where you will combine relationship management, business insight, and disciplined execution to retain revenue, uncover growth opportunities, and help customers progress toward Oracle Cloud and other value-added services.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end support renewals across an assigned customer portfolio.
• Engage customers and partners early to drive timely, successful contract renewals.
• Educate customers on Oracle Support Services, policies, contractual implications, and available service options.
• Proactively identify cancellation risk and develop retention strategies.
• Pursue win-back opportunities from previously cancelled or unattached support contracts.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer value through Extended Support, CSS Services, and other relevant offerings.
• Manage renewal exceptions and resolve issues that may delay contract closure.
• Identify high-value opportunities and collaborate with Sales teams to progress them.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting across your territory.
• Support customers’ journey toward Oracle Cloud and help drive on-premise business where appropriate.
• Use AI-enabled tools and digital capabilities to improve productivity, customer engagement, and execution.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, customer success, or a related commercial role.
• Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio, prioritize opportunities, and work toward revenue targets.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing contracts, value propositions, and renewal options.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and follow-through.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risk and act early.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across Sales, Support, and partner teams.
