Sales Representative I

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative I to promote and sell medical devices and healthcare services within an assigned territory in Bangkok. The role involves building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and communicating market feedback to internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products to meet assigned sales targets in geographic territory
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals
- Identify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend product solutions
- Conduct market research on customer and competitor activities
- Relay customer feedback on products and modifications to internal R&D and marketing teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years relevant sales experience
- Associate's degree with 2+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years clinical or life sciences sales experience
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Basic negotiation and presentation skills
- Market research and competitive analysis capabilities
