Robotic Startup Specialist
Medtronic
This position oversees robotic surgical system integration and startup operations for Medtronic in Bangkok. The specialist manages infrastructure development, healthcare professional training, inventory planning, and supports field teams to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires a bachelor's degree plus four years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with two years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as account owner during product startup and integration phases
- Develop infrastructure for healthcare professional education and training programs
- Create inventory plans and procedure kits while promoting robotic technology adoption
- Support field personnel to ensure optimal customer outcomes and service delivery
- Identify growth opportunities with sales and clinical support teams
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree plus minimum 4 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years experience
- Advanced knowledge of robotics or medical device specialization
- Project management experience or practical knowledge
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience coaching or mentoring lower-level professionals
