รายละเอียดงาน
1. Verify the invoice of 3rd party supplier and record into Account Payable for O&M HYH China, O&M HYH Japan.
2. Verify the payroll and record into Account Payable for O&M HYH China.
3. Verify the invoice of intercompany and record into Account Payable for O&M HYH Japan
4. Verify Income tax and Inhabitant tax to record into Account Payable for O&M HYH Japan.
5. Verify the dealer’s payment information and record into Account Payable for O&M HYH Japan.
6. Verify Import tax and record into Account Payable for O&M HYH Japan.
7. Verify the invoice and record freight local supplier Into Account Payable for O&M HYH Japan.
8. Prepare monthly report AP Aging and blackline for O&M HYH China, O&M HYH Japan
9. Performs such other duties as may be related or assigned.
10. Backup account payable (PO and Non_PO) for O&M HALYARD Korean,
O&M HALYARD Malaysia and O&M HALYARD Singapore.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. 2 years related experience in accounting
3. Well organized and able to perform large amounts of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy.
4. Account payable experience is advantage.
5. Fixed assets experience is advantage.
6. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and SAP.
7. Well communication in English (Speaking and Writing).
