How you create impact

• Support daily invoice operations but not limited to the system upload to ensure services are executed according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and financial issues.
• Monitor operational milestones and ensure timely completion of invoicing activities.
• Validate operational data against customer rates, contracts, and tariffs before invoicing.
• Maintain accurate invoice records and documentation. Develop a comprehensive report for management including perform a gap analysis if requested. 
• Review supplier invoices and verify charges against agreed quotations and contracts. 
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Support issue resolution related to all CZE financial issues. • Ensure all revenue and cost transactions are properly recorded within the system.
• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring billing completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support collections activities where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer SOPs. 

What we would like you to bring

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Invoicing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related Math/Science field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and experience using ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) is an advantage.
• Good in communication in Thai and English.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
