Head of Sales - Food & Beverage

​Our client is a European food manufacturing company specializing in premium products and solutions for both professionals and consumers, with a focus on the pastry, bakery, chocolate, ice cream, and food sectors.This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key customers within the food and bakery industries.

The Head of Sales will lead and develop the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to deliver sustainable growth. The role will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company maintains a strong competitive position in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.

• Strong experience in a senior sales leadership role within the food ingredients, bakery ingredients, or food manufacturing industry

• Experience promoting products such as chocolate, margarine, bakery ingredients, dairy alternatives, or related food ingredient categories

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and key account management skills

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business planning capabilities

• Thai and English fluency and eligibility to work in Thailand

• Willingness to travel as required within Thailand and the region
