Job Role
The Sales Leader will serve as a senior pre-sales and solution consulting leader responsible for supporting enterprise business development activities across the Thailand market. This role combines customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise solution positioning, POC management, bid support, and strategic pre-sales leadership to help drive regional business growth.
The position requires a commercially mature and technically strong professional capable of engaging directly with enterprise customers, understanding complex infrastructure environments, qualifying technical requirements, and delivering end-to-end observability and IT operations solutions. The role will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams while contributing market insights and customer feedback to support long-term regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise pre-sales activities including technical presentations, product demonstrations, POC execution, and bid/tender support for large-scale B2B customers.
- Analyze customer infrastructure environments, operational pain points, and monitoring requirements to design suitable observability and IT operations solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on strategic account development, solution positioning, and commercial opportunity expansion across Thailand.
- Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to provide customer feedback, feature recommendations, and solution optimization insights.
- Lead and support technical consulting activities, internal knowledge sharing, and pre-sales coordination for regional enterprise projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, tender materials, and executive-level presentations for enterprise customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic market engagement activities to strengthen regional business presence.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience within enterprise software, observability platforms, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, APM, monitoring systems, or related enterprise technology environments.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support within enterprise B2B environments.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise projects involving POC execution, technical demonstrations, requirement analysis, and bid/tender processes.
- Prior experience leading pre-sales teams or managing technical consulting activities is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, Shell scripting, container technologies, CDN, load balancing, and cloud infrastructure environments.
- Experience handling enterprise-level solution projects and preparing technical proposals for complex customer environments.
- Familiarity with IT operations monitoring, observability platforms, infrastructure analytics, or enterprise monitoring ecosystems is strongly preferred.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving ability, and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, technical proposal writing, and tender documentation preparation.
Language
- Professional fluency in spoken and written Chinese is mandatory.
- Functional English communication capability is required for multinational collaboration.
