Discover the Role

This position assists Senior Levels handle the client payroll and other payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll preparation;
• Assist the HRP team in collecting, organizing, and preparing payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and completeness before payroll processing;
• Verify payroll output; 
• Help review and cross-check payroll results, comparing system output with source data to identify discrepancies and support timely corrections;
• Provide general administrative support; 
• Assist the HR team with routine administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and other assigned duties to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, HR or Accounting disciplines;
• No experience is required;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English;
• Can work fulltime at least 03 months.
