1. ดูแลและควบคุมการผลิตและมาตรฐานคุณภาพเบเกอรี่
2. ดูแลครัวหลายสาขาตามพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผิดชอบ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัท
3. บริหารทีมงานครัว วางแผนกำลังคน และพัฒนาทีม
4. ควบคุมต้นทุน วัตถุดิบ และลดของเสีย
5. ตรวจเยี่ยมครัวสาขา (Audit / Coaching)
6. รายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาอาหาร เบเกอรี่ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- 2. ประสบการณ์บริหารครัว / โรงงานอาหาร /เบเกอรี่ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- 3. มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลหลายสาขา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- 4. เข้าใจระบบ Food Safety (GMP, HACCP)
- 5. มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถเดินทางลงพื้นที่ได้
