Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: Thailand
Salary: Up to THB 350,000 per month + Benefits
A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced **Director of Talent Acquisition** to lead and transform talent acquisition strategy across Thailand operations.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic recruitment professional with experience building high-performing talent acquisition teams, driving workforce planning initiatives, and partnering with business leaders in complex manufacturing or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Leadership
* Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and workforce requirements.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
* Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and develop proactive talent strategies.
* Drive improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement.
Workforce Planning & Business Partnership
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR leadership on workforce planning, talent availability, and market trends.
* Develop talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational growth.
* Support executive and senior leadership hiring initiatives, including confidential searches and succession planning activities.
* Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits teams on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
* Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen market visibility and attract top talent.
* Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance recruitment campaigns across multiple channels.
* Build strategic relationships with universities, professional associations, industry networks, and external partners.
* Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent across engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
### Analytics & Continuous Improvement
* Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment productivity.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
* Utilise workforce analytics and market intelligence to support data-driven decision making.
* Champion continuous improvement and technology adoption within talent acquisition processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant leadership responsibility.
* Proven experience leading recruitment teams within large, complex organisations.
* Strong background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, electronics, automotive, or related sectors preferred.
* Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies at a national or regional level.
* Strong understanding of workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and employer branding.
* Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Ability to lead change and drive recruitment transformation initiatives.
* Strong English communication skills.
