Sales Manager

YOFC International (Thailand), a technologically innovative enterprise specialising in optical fibre preforms, optical fibres, optical fibre cables and integrated solutions , is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.

- Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximise revenue.

- Analyse market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

4. Sales Operations:

- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

- Monitor and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.

- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and documentation.

5. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on YOFC's product offerings and industry trends.

- Provide product knowledge training to the sales team.

- Assist in product development and improvement based on customer feedback.

6. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the sales department budget effectively.

- Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of Thailand's TISI certification and experience with the product approval process will be considered a strong advantage

- Strong Telecommunication Industry knowledge is required, with familiarity with optical fibre cables and their integrated solutions

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Good command of English
