E-Commerce Supervisor

- กำหนดกลยุทธ์การตลาดเพื่อเพิ่ม Traffic, Conversion และยอดขายใน Marketplace
- วางแผนและรันแคมเปญส่งเสริมการขาย (เช่น 11.11, 12.12) รวมถึงจัดการ Ads ภายในแพลตฟอร์ม
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพหน้าร้าน (Product Content, SEO, รูปภาพ, ราคา) เพื่อดึงดูดลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและพฤติกรรมลูกค้า เพื่อหาโอกาสในการเติบโตและปรับปรุงผลงาน
- บริหารงบประมาณการตลาดให้คุ้มค่า (ROI) และประสานงานกับตัวแทนแพลตฟอร์มหรือ Partner
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 4-6 ปี ด้าน E-Commerce Marketing (หากมาจากสายสินค้ากีฬาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ความเชี่ยวชาญในกลยุทธ์และการบริหาร Marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- ทักษะการบริหารแคมเปญและการยิงโฆษณาดิจิทัล
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อวัดผล Performance
