Assistant Customer Marketing Manager

Plan and execute trade marketing strategies and activities to drive sales, profit, and market share growth, leveraging shopper and market insights to develop effective wholesale channel plans.

• Develop trade marketing and channel plans aligned with business goals (AOP) by leveraging shopper, customer, and market insights to translate opportunities into actionable growth plans.

• Manage portfolio strategy, including hero assortment and promotion to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
• Lead investment planning and budget management (D&A and A&M), optimizing spending across sub-channels and customers to improve ROI and business performance.
• Drive category growth by leading category management initiatives and delivering insights-based solutions that create value for customers and shoppers.
• Lead go-to-market execution for NPDs, including speed to market, promotions, distribution, and in-store activation to ensure successful launches.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate promotional strategies by sub channel or account to maximize sales effectiveness and investment returns.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to enhance distribution, visibility, and in-store execution while delivering business targets.

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Customer Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.
• Experience in Wholesale channel development and category management/category captaincy is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using shopper, customer, and market data to drive business decisions.
• Experience working with market intelligence agencies such as NielsenIQ, Kantar, or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing, promotions, trade investments, and channel strategy.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Innovative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
