Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Signalling Installation, Test & Commissioning Engineer

in Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Ensures the installation of electrical components and equipment in conformance to quality standards.
• Technically correct performance of electrical installation work
• Quality and up-to-dateness of documentation for the installation of electrical components (installation records)
• Installation of electrical components taking into consideration requirements and safety-related specifications
• Documentation of the installation of electrical components (installation records); where necessary, updating of the as-built documents
• Support in the clarification of technical details with installation companies and subcontractors
• Support in the implementation of EHS requirements
• Supervision of adherence to the specified documentation and quality in the performance of installation work by subcontractors
• Support of the project manager in risk and claim management by detecting and assessing project-related risks and opportunities and, where applicable, developing suggestions to minimize risks and use opportunities
• Authority to issue technical directives to assistants (temporary employees)

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
• Direct experience in metro projects for the railway industry in Signalling Installation, Test & Commissioning
• Detail oriented, planning skills, project execution and teamwork ability
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English language
