รายละเอียดงาน
1. บริหารจัดการและสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์สำหรับ Facebook Page Sauce Skills โดยเน้นการนำเสนอความรู้ในรูปแบบ Framework ที่เข้าใจง่าย และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริง
2. เขียน Copywriting และ Selling Content เพื่อโปรโมตหลักสูตร/คอร์สเรียน เช่น Soft Skills, Business Skills และ AI โดยเน้นการสื่อสารที่ดึงดูดความสนใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดยอดสมัครเรียนจากกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
3. สรุปองค์ความรู้จากผู้สอน เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นคอนเทนต์ที่น่าสนใจ สื่อสารได้ตรงประเด็น และตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของคนทำงานและเจ้าของธุรกิจ
4. วางแผนและออกแบบ Content Journey อย่างเป็นระบบ ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการสร้างการรับรู้และมอบคุณค่า ไปจนถึงกระบวนการปิดการขาย
5. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากระบบหลังบ้านเพื่อวัดผลประสิทธิภาพของคอนเทนต์ พร้อมนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การตลาดให้มีความแม่นยำและเกิดผลลัพธ์สูงสุด
คุณสมบัติ
1. ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
2. อายุระหว่าง 25-30 ปี
3. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Content Marketing หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม EdTech หรือ Business Agency จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในหัวข้อธุรกิจและภาวะผู้นำ รวมถึงเข้าใจความต้องการและพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นวัยทำงานและผู้ประกอบการ
5. มีทักษะการเขียนและการเล่าเรื่องที่โดดเด่น สามารถย่อยข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย พร้อมทั้งมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการเขียนเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขาย
6. มี Growth Mindset กระตือรือร้นที่จะพัฒนาทักษะใหม่ๆ เช่น AI, Future Skills และสามารถปรับตัวให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทรนด์การตลาดได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
