Why this Role 

This role re-imagines traditional IT operations by positioning you as the team's core "Builder" and creator of efficiency tools. Your mission is to transform everyday operational challenges into practical, high-impact automated systems.

Leveraging deep technical expertise, scripting mastery, and modern AI/GenAI applications (such as Gemini Enterprise), you will design and enhance Modern Device Management while developing automation across our entire SaaS and Enterprise Software ecosystem—including UEM platforms, IDPs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and more.

Endpoint Security & UEM Architecture

• UEM Management: Lead the administration of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM/MDM) platforms to ensure all laptops and mobile devices are strictly hardened against threats.
• UEM Lifecycle Management: Continuously build, update, monitor, and troubleshoot device configurations. Ensure all changes strictly align with business requirements and company policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Define and enforce robust security baselines (e.g., Disk Encryption, Password Complexity, OS Patch Management) to achieve 100% compliance.
• Threat Mitigation: Configure automated security workflows to instantly detect, alert, and isolate non-compliant or compromised endpoints.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive "Security & Admin Guides," documenting configuration baselines, automation workflows, SOP and incident response procedures.

Automation & System Integration

• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and internal bots (using Python, Google Apps Script, Slack Apps) to eliminate manual IT and cross-team workflows.
• System Integration: Develop custom API connectors and Webhooks to seamlessly integrate core work platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, HRIS) with internal tools for real-time data sync.
• System Configuration & Enhancement: Deep-dive into configuring Okta, Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, Slack, and other enterprise SaaS systems to roll out new features and apply to requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing in sandbox environments to ensure automations operate smoothly without disrupting live operations.

Operations & Optimization

• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical glitches related to API integrations and scripts.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health, speed, and efficiency of internal scripts, bots, and integration pipelines.

What You'll Need 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, IT Automation, or Enterprise Application Integration
• Passion for Coding and Scripting Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Google Apps Script, or PowerShell, along with SQL fundamentals.
• APIs & Security: Expertise in REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and safe credential handling/secret management.
• UEM Expertise: Hands-on experience administering at least one major UEM/MDM solution (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE).
• SaaS Platforms: Strong administrative and integration experience with Okta (or similar IdP), Google Workspace, Slack and Enterprise Platforms
• Workload & Pressure Management: Exceptional task prioritization and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and effectively manage a high workload.
• Mindset: Strong analytical skills, a passion for building internal tools, and an eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI tools) to business needs.
