รายละเอียดงาน
• Be responsible for all QC activities and operation to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
• Management on employee of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.
• Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.
• Provides recommendations for improvement on the performance of their subordinates.
• Fix and decision making when got trouble during operation.
• Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, improve process to be increased the job efficiency.
• To communicate with client in order to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation
• Manage labour control and volume of job assignment for QC members
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
• Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
• Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
• Conduct QA audit, customer audits and Quality risk analysis at production line
• Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology and skills
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to customer

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree or higher of mechanical engineering, industrial related fields
2. At least 10 years experiences as QC in manufacturing fields.
3. At least 5 years experience in Management Level as QC in in manufacturing fields.
4. Knowledge of ISO 90001 is a must with ISO 14001 , 45001 and SA8000
5. Leadership personality with team work capability
6. Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
7. Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.
8. English : Excellence in 4 skills
