We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will get to create data-driven strategies to improve our company's processes and increase our company's performance. You will be working cross-functionally to gain data, create analytics tools, and develop dashboards to provide company performance visibilities and recommendations to the management team.

To be successful as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you should have a passion for data and a highly analytical mind. Top candidates will also have good written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively explain the insights and the strategies you want to implement.

Business Intelligence Analyst (Central Operations)

What you'll Do:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, define analytical scope, and deliver appropriate data outputs.
• Perform Business Intelligence analysis, including metric definition, SQL development, data preparation, dashboard design, and delivery of key findings.
• Produce and maintain analytical outputs such as queries, datasets, dashboards, and reports for business use.
• Define and ensure accuracy and consistency of business metrics and logic across different requests.
• Analyze data at a basic to intermediate level to explain performance, trends, and data movements.
• Support business decision-making by providing clear data findings and relevant context.
• Manage and prioritize multiple ad-hoc BI requests with varying levels of complexity.
• Identify opportunities to improve BI efficiency by reducing repetitive work and increasing reuse of logic.
• Apply automation, tooling, or AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and scalability of BI delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation to support standardized and consistent data usage.

What you'll Need: 

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related data role.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering analytical outputs for business stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of analytical data structures.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate data analysis and clearly explain results.
• Comfortable handling ad-hoc requests and managing multiple tasks in parallel.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and logic correctness.
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.

It'd be great if you have: (If any) 

• Experience using automation tools or AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ability to use Python, Google Apps Script, or similar tools for simple automation or internal tooling.

Business Intelligence Analyst (Product Analytics)

What you'll Do:

• Boost product and service performance leveraging exploratory and advanced data analysis.
• Work with product teams and data engineers to plan and design data collection strategies, procedures, and policies to ensure data accuracy and scalability.
• Define and measure product related metrics (activation, retention, conversion) with product and engineering teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, build measurement frameworks, and evaluate the impact of new features or initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize product development and business opportunities.
• Visualize and simplify data through dashboards and reports to identify opportunities and improve processes and strategies.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to guide product strategy, optimize user experience, and support business growth.
• Effectively manage projects with multiple stakeholders by controlling scope, timeline, and cost (if any), while demonstrating strong decision-making under pressure to ensure successful delivery.

What you'll Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and storytelling skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

It'd be great if you have: (If any) 

• Experience working with ETL, data pipeline.
• Experience in product analytics, e-commerce, marketing tech, or consulting.
• A good understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning technique knowledge is a plus.

Business Intelligence Analyst (Financial Product & Services)

What you'll Do:

• Boost LINE MAN financial products & services performance leveraging exploratory and advanced data analysis.
• Define and measure financial and service metrics (e.g., transaction volume, revenue, margin, approval rate, default rate, activation, retention) with the business and product team to support data-driven decisions.
• Work with a team to prioritize financial product development, monetization initiatives, and risk optimization opportunities.
• Visualize and simplify financial and operational data to identify opportunities to improve profitability, user experience, and risk management.
• Develop and manage BI solutions to support financial reporting, product performance tracking, and business planning.
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting analysis, and performance tracking of financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with risk, finance, and compliance teams to ensure metric consistency and standards.

What you'll Need: 

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields, preferably in financial services, fintech, payments, lending, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau or similar BI tools).
• Knowledge of and experience with reporting tools, databases (SQL), and programming (Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and risk-related data.
• Understanding of financial metrics such as revenue, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, delinquency rate, approval rate, or fraud indicators.
• Great communication skills in both Thai and English – able to communicate findings and write clear, comprehensive reports.
• A good understanding of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques is a plus.

• Experience in fintech, digital wallet, lending, insurance, payment gateway, banking, or consulting.
• Experience working with risk analytics, credit scoring, fraud detection, or financial forecasting.
