A Day in the Life As our Visual Merchandising & Interior Design Manager, you will report to the Retail Design & Merchandising Director, leading the spatial expression of our luxury brands across Thailand.

• Design & Concept Adaptation : Translate global guidelines into bespoke retail layouts and counters.
• Visual Merchandising Execution : Ensure high-end product presentation across all department stores and boutiques.
• Project Management : Manage local production, budgets, and installation timelines with contractors.
• Transversal Collaboration : Align with Brand Managers and commercial teams to optimize retail sell-out.

We Are Looking For An innovative, design-focused professional with a strong aesthetic eye. Based on our L'Oréal Skills Library , the 5 core skills for this role are:

• Retail Design & Space Planning
• Visual Merchandising Expertise
• Project & Budget Management
• 3D Spatial Visualization (CAD/Sketchup)
