Admissions
ㆍHandle parent inquiries (walk-in, phone, email, social media) promptly and professionally, in Thai and
English
ㆍ Conduct school tours and campus visits for prospective families
ㆍGuide parents through the application, assessment, and enrollment process
ㆍMaintain accurate enrollment records and pipeline tracking(inquiry - tour - application - enrolled)
ㆍFollow up on leads generated from open houses, events, and digital campaigns
ㆍ Prepare regular admissions and enrollment reports for management
Marketing
Support planning and execution of open houses, campus events, and community outreach activities
ㆍ Assist in content creation social media, campaigns, and promotional materials specific to Hua Hin Campus
ㆍCoordinate with the marketing team on brand consistency across campaigns
ㆍBuild relationships with local community groups, businesses, and education agencies to expand referral
networks
ㆍMonitor local market trends and competitor activity (international/bilingual schools the Hua Hin area)
ㆍ Assist with photography/video coverage of campus events for marketing use

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai nationality
2. Proficient in English (spoken and written); able to communicate confidently with international and Thai parents
3. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage
4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or related field
5. 1-3 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or marketing (education sector experience preferred)
6. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Comfortable with basic digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Canva, or similar)
8. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
9. Willing to work occasional weekends for open house events
