A Day in the Life

As a Management Trainee in Marketing, you will embark on an accelerated journey to become one of L'Oréal's future leaders. This rotational program is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our diverse divisions, working on world-renowned brands and making a real impact from day one.

• Drive Brand Strategy: Rotate through key marketing roles such as Product Manager, Social Manager, or Online Brand Manager, contributing to brand growth and market leadership.
• Master the Market: Develop a deep understanding of the Thai beauty landscape, analyzing consumer trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Launch with Impact: Participate in the full lifecycle of product launches, from concept development and campaign execution to performance analysis.
• Lead Digital Innovation: Create and manage engaging content and campaigns across our digital platforms, building strong communities and amplifying our brand voice

As a Management Trainee in Advocacy & Influence, you are at the heart of building authentic connections with our consumers. This program is your launchpad to becoming a leader in modern marketing, where you will learn to identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with the creators and key opinion leaders who shape beauty conversations.

• Build Creator Relationships:  Identify, recruit, and nurture a community of influencers and advocates who genuinely align with our brand values and can create authentic content.
• Drive Impactful Campaigns:  Plan end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from initial briefing and negotiation to content co-creation and final reporting.
• Master Social Trends:  Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, platforms, and creator dynamics to ensure our strategies remain innovative and relevant.
• Drive with Data:  Master analytics and social listening tools to track campaign performance. You will make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and generate powerful insights for future collaborations.
• Lead Project Execution:  Serve as the project manager for key initiatives under the Advocacy pillar, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals with the potential to grow into L'Oréal's next generation of marketing leaders. You are a perfect fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience, OR a Master's degree.
• A collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial drive – you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for uncovering creative solutions.
• Excellent communication in both English and Thai.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through your studies, work, or extra-curricular activities.
• L’Oréal Brandstorm or L’Oréal Intern is a BIG PLUS!
