HR Recruit Specialist

รายละเอียดงาน
• Source, screen, and interview candidates matching job requirements for clients and internal roles.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and sourcing timelines.
• Manage the candidate pool and database using the company's AI-powered recruitment tools/systems.
• Prepare and present job offers, and negotiate employment terms with candidates.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. • 1–3 years of recruitment experience; experience recruiting for IT roles is a strong plus.
3. • Strong interviewing and in-depth candidate assessment skills.
4. • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, or AI-assisted sourcing tools.
