Senior Officer Procurement, Administration & Logistics (Import & Shipping)

Role Overview

• Lead and optimize procurement, business administration, and import logistics operations.
• Drive cost efficiency, supplier control, and operational effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional teams including Business Development (BD).

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage procurement for IT equipment and electronic components.
• Source and manage suppliers from China, Korea, and the USA.
• Evaluate cost, quality, lead time, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, and commercial terms. Ensure correct specifications and product compatibility.

Import & Logistics Management

• Oversee shipping, import processes, and customs clearance.
• Maximize utilization of Form E / Form D.
• Control logistics cost, lead time, and delivery performance.

Vendor & Freight Forwarder Control

• Manage and evaluate freight forwarders.
• Set KPIs/SLA and monitor performance.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping and documentation.

Business Administration & Support

• Support administrative operations across teams.
• Provide coordination and documentation support.
• Support Business Development (BD) team operations.

Process Improvement

• Integrate procurement, admin, and logistics workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of import/export and Form E / Form D.
• Experience with international suppliers preferred.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environmentsor procurement of IT equipment and electronic componentsis highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
