Sales Partner for B2B Software and AI Services

We are especially interested in Sales Partners based in the United States, Europe (including EU countries), and East Asia, particularly China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong. Applicants based in other countries are also welcome.

Talvyn Labs is a software house and product design studio in Bangkok, Thailand. We build AI solutions, automation, websites and custom software.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Partner to find new B2B opportunities and work with our team through to a signed client contract.

Who this is for

• At least 3 years of experience selling software, IT services or digital work to businesses, or running a business that sells those services.

• A practical approach to prospecting, consultative selling and reliable follow-up.

• Enough technical understanding to qualify opportunities and involve our specialists when needed.

An existing client base is not required.

How we’ll work together

1\. Your responsibilities

• Find and qualify prospects, understand their needs and register opportunities with Talvyn.

• Coordinate client discussions and follow up on proposals through contract signing.

• Keep clear opportunity records and hand over client goals and agreed commitments to our delivery team.

2\. Talvyn’s responsibilities

We provide onboarding, sales materials and technical support. Talvyn leads technical assessment, approves scope, pricing and contract terms, and delivers the project.

Commission and payment

Commission-only, with no salary, monthly retainer or guaranteed income.

For each accepted project you source and support through contract signing:

• 15% on the first $10,000 of eligible service fees.

• 20% only on the portion above $10,000.

All amounts are in USD. Commission is paid as client payments are received. Full commission terms are agreed in writing before sales work begins.

Working arrangements

This is a non-exclusive, remote collaboration with no fixed hours, full-time requirement or minimum sales quota. We agree availability and check-ins together.
